Do you mean a 32-bit RGB color image or a 32-bit grey scale image? A 32-bit RGB color image in any format AIJ supports should open as normal into AIJ. 32-bit grey scale images are not directly supported in AIJ.

To clarify, 32-bit floating point images are supported in AIJ and should load normally. 32-bit integer files are not directly supported.

I have  an image in 32 bit tif image .. taken from DSLR camera .. stacked with deep sky stacker
