Hi,
I have updated my macros to handle Canon EOS file in batchmode.

And there is a new macro also:
"Open_DSLR raw files and convert to cfa Tiff 16 bit"

With that macro I hope there is possible to batch open all DSLR files and convert to ImageJ or AstroImageJ internal Tiff format.

Note:
If DCRaw can handle your DSLR camera raw files it should work.
