Thank you! And thanks to take into account my suggestion about the possibility to fix independent apertures for the photometry and the centroid search. I have tried fixing an aperture large enough to track the object and using the variable aperture depending on the FWHM of each image and it works. Thanks! But sometimes is better use a fixed aperture instead of a variable one.

BTW, could be possible to track a moving target using the Target Proper Motion (mas/yr) in the DP Coordinate Converter window? I have tried, but it doesn't works. Perhaps is easier adapt this option for the proper motion of Solar System objects, then would be possible to track the asteroid/comet putting here the velocity of the object for the observing date.
