A potential fix for this should come in the next release. For now you should be able to avoid this issue by changing what the import sequence is set to, either by resetting your preferences (AstroImageJ > Edit > Options > Reset...), or by dragging a different zip/folder onto the main window which will pull up the import dialogue.
