Okay, sounds good. I don't think there is anything that can be done when measuring apparent magnitudes of stars that are saturated on the detector, which means that photons/electrons are likely being discarded, making the saturated star appear to be fainter than it really is. If you find anomalies in measurements of non-saturated stars, let us know.
