AIJ should be outputting full precision. You just need to change the format in excel. Just select the spreadsheet (or specific columns) and then change the "Increase Decimal" points setting (has zeros in the icon) above the word "Number" on the Ribbon bar. This settings is only for display purposes. If you are running a calculation you'd get the full precision anyway.
