Hi Karen,
Thanks again for your reply. Tried the transit and fitting.
We have good estimates for the host star parameters
so when I put in the value for R, the other parameters (M, Teff, ect)
are up to 30% off from the true values. Is there a way to lock
in these values independently of those given by the model used
by the software. Also, if the baseline on either side of the transit are not level,
one has to detrend first ? That is if one has something like this:
