Hi Shubham,
To increase signal to noise, you will need to combine multiple
images of the same field. To do that you might need to align the
stack first using the Stack Align (

) button
above the image. After the stack is aligned, go to the AIJ Toolbar
and select Image->Stacks->Z-project and select a combination
method such as average or median.
If you simple want to smooth an image for cosmetic purposes, go to
the menus above an image and select Process->Smooth image/stack.
You can repeat this command to add more smoothing. Alternatively, go
to AIJ Toolbar->Filters->Gaussian Blur and select the amount
of smoothing you need.
