Stacking or grouping a time sequence

I have been trying to stack images from long sequences into small groups and the "Grouped Z Project" facility (select "Stacks" then "Tools" from the "Image" drop down) looked perfect for this. However I discovered that photometry on the resulting sequences does not have any time data (time fields contain "NaN"). Is there a way round this ?

I think I should be able to calculate average times using Excel and add them into the output file but it would be better if I could get AiJ to do it for me.
