My AIJ version is 3.2.0, and I'm running Windows 10 Home on a PC laptop. I've attached images of the alignment set up window, as well as the help window after I click "place apertures" both before and after I hit enter. The alignment worked the first couple of times I tried it, but after that it just updates the help window but doesn't do anything else when I hit enter. I've tried both "use previous apertures" and placing the apertures again, both with the same results. I open the images using the import sequence feature, and I pull them off of an external hard drive; however, I think I remember having this issue the last time I used AIJ when I saved images on my computer, I just don't remember what I did to fix it.
