Fresh Install -- Looks like ImageJ

I've been using AIJ for almost 3 years, but my laptop died, so I'm attempting an installation on another 64-bit Win10 machine.  When I download and install AIJ, it opens like regular ImageJ, with blank buttons to the right of the "eye dropper" button.  No multi-aperture tools, DP button, etc.

I get a small error window:  "Opener File is not in a supported format, a reader plugin is not available, or it was not found.  AstroImageJ"

Just for fun, I imported an image sequence, and none of the AIJ-specific functions are visible -- functions as ImageJ with no plugins, and no access to the Astronomy tools.

Can someone point out the error of my ways?
