raw data files

santosh joshi
Hi Again. This is Santosh Joshi from India. Now  after successful installation i wish to make  my hands dirty with Astroimagej. May I ask you in order to get the light curve where to get the raw fits files of an analyzed source (bias, flats, dark and science frames for the practice.  I found the wasp-12 data (only science frames) on the astroimage site  but it appears all the images are clean and ready for the aperture photometry.

Hi Santosh,

We have assemble the raw bias, dark, flat, and uncalibrated science files that can be used in AIJ's Data Processor to
produce the calibrated files. Then you would run photometry on the calibrated files using Multi-aperture.

If I recall correctly, you are running Linux. If that is the case, I highly recommend downloading the tar.gz files
rather than the zip files, since it is my understanding that some Linux unzip utilities give errors for files larger
than ~ 4GB.
