Hello Karen
The measurement table is sometimes unavailable ![]() How to get it ? Strange is the fact that I still can save it, and then open it to have all the the windows, but not this particular one. Fred |

Are you still running AIJ 5.4.0? Is this happening every time you run photometry?

I've looked back and my understanding is that you are running Kubuntu 24. Which window manager are you using under Kubuntu? Is it Wayland and X11? If you are running with Wayland, for diagnostic purposes, could you please try the X11 window manager to see if it corrects the problem?

Hello Karen
The window manager is X11. I'll try to change it, but I'm far away to understand how to. I get this message when I open the Measurement.csv file with AIJ ; there is an exception at the begining, that perhaps make sense to you. Hi Fred,
Were you always getting this exception when the measurements window wasn't showing, or is this new? Kevin |

Hi Fred,
I meant in the case where the measurements table isn't showing up, do you always get that exception? Kevin |

As for this exception, it seems like the preferences file has gotten into a bad state. We'll have to work on a proper fix, but you should be able to resolve it by resetting your preferences via Multiplot's main window.

Although we have been unable to reproduce this issue, we have implemented an attempted fix in v5.4.2.00. Run update AIJ to get the new version. If you see this or a similar problem with prefs again running v5.4.2.00 or later, please report back on the forum.
