incomplete file set

When trying to calibrate my data set, AIJ only pulls about half of my files into the "science Image Processing" field.
I have the newest version
I have 150 images and only 76 being pulled?
Have my RAM max at 6 (8 avail)
next step?

Is your temperature as indicated in your filenames always exactly the same? If not, you may need to remove that text from the filename pattern (i.e. put the * after "secs").
