exporting fluxes when the input is not piture

My input data to AIJ is in time - magnitude format. We do not have access to the pictures and only the text files are available. We analyzed the data, detrending them using airmass.

Is there a way to export the time - flux of detrended "data" / "fitted light curve"? Or at least the time - magnitude of detrended "data" / "fitted light curve" ?
