The algorithm we use is only valid for main sequence stars. Note that these settings in no way affect the fit to any data, and are only for the purposes of estimating stellar radius. The stellar radius is also not used in any way for the fit. It is only used to estimate "Rp" in the "Calculated from model" output row (i.e. Rp = R* x (Rp/R*) from the fit. These do not even need to be set. If not set, the only incorrect value is Rp. In this era of Gaia and the TIC catalog, if you really want to get a reasonable estimate for Rp, look up the TIC number in the TIC catalog, find R* for the host star and enter it into the R* textbox in the fitting panel "Host Star" parameters section. With R* entered, all of the other stellar parameters are ignored. I stress again that even R* does not affect the actual fit to the data.
