Hi Shubham,
     
To get the stellar intensity in terms of net integrated counts with in a circular aperture, set your aperture radius to fit around the star (using the set button above the image ) and move the mouse to the center of the star's point spread function. Then read the net integrated counts from the bottom-right box above the image (labeled "Int Cnts").

If you want to record that value in a data table, along with a variety of other measurements, press <Shift> and left-click near a star. You can record the integrated counts from several stars and then compare the "Source-Sky" values in the measurements table.
