Problem with AstroImageJ

Actually i have installed AstroimageJ and while opening the image in it , I get a green colored image but it initially was an astrophotograph so while calculating intensity will it effect ?

The image formats supported by AIJ are the same as the ones described here for base ImageJ:

I am still not sure of the data format of your 32-bit tif image (RGB, 32-bit floating point, 32-bit integer). The first two are directly supported by ImageJ/AstroImageJ.

In any supported data format, the intensity measurement should be valid. RGB "sub-pixels" are combined into a single value for intensity calculations.
