Problem Updating to AIJ 5.1.3 from 5.1.2

Trying to update and receiving the following error message telling me to contact the developers.

Hi Gary,

In your AIJ folder, where your AstroImageJ.exe is located, you should see a launcher.ini file. Could you send that?
