Multi-plot normalisation issue

Dean Roberts
Hello Karen,

I have been using AIJ quite a lot the past few weeks and on the whole it has served me very well indeed but one small issue I sometimes get is that my light curve plots dont normalise properly, at least thats what it looks like. I have checked the .xls file and the measurements look fine to me. Do you know what might be causing this?

Many Thanks,
Dean

Hi Dean,

Check and make sure you don't have any zeros or NANs in the column of
data you are trying to normalize. If so, those can cause mathematical
problems with the normalization calculation. In that case, remove that
row or rows from the measurements table and plot again. If this is not
the issue, please send me the measurements table you are having trouble
with to karenacollins at outlook dot com, and I will take a look to see
what the problem is. Also if you will save and include a plot
configuration file, that might help too (Multi-plot_Main->File->"Save
Plot Configuration...").

Karen
