Macro question on multi aperture

I'm trying to write a macro that will run a multi-aperture measurement creation on a stack of files. When I do the process using record, nothing about the multi-aperture run gets recorded. Is it possible to have multi-aperture actions in a macro and if so how?

What is the AIJ version you are running (click on the lower portion of the Toolbar), and the OS you are using (Mac, Windows, Linux)?
