Hi AIJ Users,
The USNO leap second website has been down for several months now, and I'm not sure of future plans for it. For now, leap second updates will be included in new AIJ releases. The update button has been disabled. AIJ daily build version 3.4.0.11 now includes leap seconds through 2020.04.30 (37 seconds total). When new leap seconds are announced, a new AIJ version will be released with the new leap second.
Note that if you are having trouble with the auto-generated leap second value, you can always google the current number of leap seconds, deselect "Auto" in the "Dynamical Time" subpanel, and enter the number of leap seconds by hand.
