The prior width will be "infinity" if a parameter is not "locked" and if "Use" prior width is not enabled:
The prior width will be 0.0000 if a parameter is "locked":
The prior width will be the value entered (i.e. 3.0 in the example shown below) if "Include _______ in auto prior update" is disabled, and if a parameter is not "locked", and if "Use" prior width is enabled:
The prior width, if set, is an input to the transit model fit which can constrain the range over which fitting is allowed for that parameter, and is not an output of the transit model fit.
