Help to install astroimagej

Trying to install astroimagej on Lenovo running Win10 . Get error: vcruntime140.dll not found.
Tried reinstall several times. . Have installed OK on two other laptops . Also installed Java on Lenovo.
Any suggestions ?

Are you getting this error when running the installer, or when trying to run AIJ?

You should be able to install vcruntime from here.

Hi rict,

Are you getting the error when trying to install AIJ, or after the install finishes and you try to run AIJ?

This is probably the installer for vcruntime you need. If you have an older laptop then you'll want this one. If you have a snapdragon/Windows on Arm machine you'll need this one.

Get error after I installed AIJ and then tried to run by either clicking on icon or running file.

After opening AIJ, please click in the bottom region of the AIJ Toolbar and report this information to us. If you can do a screen grab of the info and use the insert image here, that would be fine. Or, carefully type all of the text into your reply post.

This AIJ version may fix your issue, please give it a try. If it does not, if possible please provide a screenshot of the error window that pops up.
