Hello,

Is there any way that I can remove cosmic rays manually from my .fits files? And if the isn't, what is the best way to remove them?

Are you running photometry afterwards or just creating images? If the latter, use the "remove outliers" feature of the Data Processor module. If you are running photometry afterwards, that method will likely affect the photometry, so I don't recommend it. That is really the only method I know of in AIJ.
