Hi,
This is a known bug running under Windows 10 with Windows display scaling set to 150% or larger. Does that match your situation?
We have been trying to find a fix, but have unfortunately not yet been successful. The workaround is to interpret that cursor aperture shows in the correct location, so position the aperture instead of the red crosshair at the position of your desired aperture placement or measurement.
A second workaround is to run Windows scaling at 100 or 125%, but I know that is not practical for many.
We'll post a fix as soon as possible.
